Checkless is a web agency based in Cairo, Egypt. We build websites, booking systems, dashboards, and digital platforms for businesses across Egypt and MENA. You can reach us at hello@checkless.agency.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT

When you use this website, we may collect the following information:

Your name, phone number, and business type when you submit the Free Audit or Contact form.
Your name, email, and message when you request a demo or reach out via Contact.
Basic visit data — which page you landed on and UTM parameters (e.g. utm_source) — to understand where our visitors come from. No cookies are set for this.

3. HOW WE USE IT

To respond to your inquiry and schedule a call.
To send you a project proposal if you requested one.
To understand which marketing channels bring us visitors.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. HOW WE STORE IT

Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database hosted on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. Only authorized Checkless team members can access this data. We retain your information for as long as it is needed to complete your inquiry, and no longer than 2 years.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request to view, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@checkless.agency. We will respond within 7 business days.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

This site uses the following third-party services:

Supabase — database and authentication.
Google Fonts — typography (Bebas Neue, Poppins, Dancing Script).
WhatsApp — direct messaging via a link; clicking opens WhatsApp externally.

7. CHANGES

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
