TERMS OF SERVICE

1. SERVICES

Checkless provides web design, development, and maintenance services including websites, booking systems, dashboards, and digital platforms. The specific scope, timeline, and price for each project are agreed upon in a written proposal before any work begins.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

• 50% upfront payment is required to begin work on any project.
• The remaining 50% is due upon delivery before the site goes live.
• Monthly care plan fees are billed at the start of each month.
• All prices are in EGP unless otherwise stated in the proposal.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom design and code delivered for their project. Checkless retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their own licenses.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing accurate content, branding assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Designating a single point of contact for project communication.
• Timely payment as agreed in the proposal.

Delays caused by the client may affect the agreed delivery timeline.

5. REVISIONS

Each project proposal specifies the number of revision rounds included. Revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.

6. CARE PLANS

Care plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Unused hours within a month do not carry over. Checkless reserves the right to adjust care plan pricing with 30 days advance notice.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Checkless is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any delivered product. Our total liability in any situation is limited to the amount paid for the specific project or service in question.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved in Egyptian courts.
