COMMON QUESTIONS
If yours isn't here, the fastest answer is a 30-minute call — not a contact form.
Getting Started
It starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. We talk through your business, what you're running on now, and what you actually need. No deck, no pitch — just a conversation. From there we send a scoped proposal.
No. Most clients come to us knowing the problem ('we're managing 200 WhatsApp bookings a week') but not the solution. We scope that together. You don't need to arrive with specs.
Depends on scope. A restaurant ordering site: 2–4 weeks. A full clinic booking system with patient records: 4–8 weeks. A Tier 3 hypermarket platform: 2–4 months. We give a delivery estimate in the proposal, not after you've paid.
Usually 1 week from audit to a signed proposal. Then build starts — 2–6 weeks depending on tier. The audit call itself is 30 minutes, the proposal follows within 48 hours.
Yes — every system is built to grow. Adding a new service to a booking flow, a new dashboard chart, or a new integration is straightforward. Larger additions are scoped as a mini-project; smaller ones are covered under Growth and Partnership care plans.
Your time for a discovery call, access to any existing accounts or platforms you want us to integrate with, and a decision-maker available for feedback rounds. We keep your involvement light — you run your business, we run the build.
Pricing & Payments
Because a booking system for a single-doctor clinic and a booking system for a 10-doctor multi-branch clinic are different projects. The range reflects real variation in scope — the exact number comes from your discovery call.
Typically: 40% upfront to start, 40% at design approval or mid-build milestone, 20% on launch. For larger projects we discuss milestone-based splits during scoping.
For projects above 70,000 EGP we can discuss extended payment plans. Reach out and we'll work something out if needed.
Domain registration, hosting costs, third-party service fees (SMS providers, payment gateway fees), and stock photography. Note: domain and hosting are included in Growth and Partnership care plans. We'll flag any third-party costs in the proposal.
Care Plans
No — it's optional. But most clients take one because they'd rather pay a predictable monthly fee than worry about hosting, security, or who to call when something breaks.
Yes, with 30 days notice. No lock-in.
Things like adding a new service to a booking form, updating pricing tables, tweaking a dashboard chart, or adding a new page. It doesn't include new systems or integrations — those are scoped separately.
Your site stays up and continues to function. You're responsible for your own hosting and any updates. If something breaks or you need changes, you come back to us and we scope it as a one-off.
Technical
We host on Hostinger — reliable, fast, and battle-tested for production deployments. You own the account and everything in it. We handle setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance if you're on a care plan.
Yes. We build cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android using React Native. Most Tier 2 systems don't need one — a mobile-first web app covers 95% of use cases. But for Tier 3 clients (hypermarkets, multi-branch operators) where a branded app and driver tracking matter, we scope it in.
Yes, in most cases. If you're running a POS, cashier system, or accounting tool we can usually connect it to your new system. Bring it up in the discovery call and we'll tell you exactly what's possible.
